Stress

Stress is a normal reaction. It can be useful and could prepare us for tasks in which we need to work hard or react quickly. When too many things are coming at us it could be overwhelming. When the stressful situations are too intense, too prolonged, and interfere in our day to day life we may need professional help.

Symptoms may involve:

  • Aches and pains
  • Headache
  • Inability to sleep
  • Tiredness
  • Stomach ache
  • Irritability
  • Moodiness
  • Interpersonal difficulties
  • Anxiety
  • Feeling overwhelmed

All of us experience loss and grief in a unique way. Some of us can deal with grief and loss without any help. Some of us may need help to deal with the loss.
